1 large swiss chard leaf
1/2 cup fresh raw beets
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 cup spinach
1 banana
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Bluebonnet Whey Isolate French Vanilla)
