Turkey Cranberry Black Olive Sub with Horseradish Spread



1 6" mixed seed baquette
3 slices fresh roasted turkey
1 roasted Pepper
1/2 cup black olives, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoon cream style Horseradish
2 tablespoons whole cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons cream cheese
Small handful sliced red onions
Small handful mixed salad greens

Lie turkey slices flat. In a row across the center, place chopped black olives and roll tightly.

Cut baquette length-wise. Apply a thick layer of cream cheese, horseradish, and cranberry sauce on the bottom half. Add salad greens, followed by slices of roasted pepper  Add turkey rolls and slice onions.
