6 ounces cooked skinless salmon
2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
2 cups cooked sweet potato
2 cups cooked baby spinach
1 small red onion, chopped
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon cumin powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tablespoons ground almond
3 tablespoons GF or plain flour
Sea salt and black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 F
Combine all the ingredients and shape into patties.
Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and add patties in a single layer leaving room in between.
Bake for 30 minutes, turning over halfway during cooking.
Serve immediately.
