Fruit Veggie Protein Smoothie

1 cup fresh apple juice
1 cup ice
1 large swiss chard leaf
1/2 cup fresh raw beets
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 cup spinach
1 banana
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Bluebonnet Whey Isolate French Vanilla) 

Blend all the ingredients until smooth.  Enjoy!

Mia, I haven't tried this protein powder. I'll have to look into this one. This smoothie recipe is wonderful, so light and refreshing! Thank you for sharing at Fit and Fabulous Fridays! :)
