1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
1 large garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 F
Cut potatoes into thick wedges. Combine paprika, mustard, garlic, parmesan, and olive oil. Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper. Toss wedges to fully coat. Arrange in a single layer on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked and crispy.
Serve hot.
