Traditionally, Broccoli Soup is a heavy combination of broccoli, potatoes, cream, and cheese.
I tend not to follow any food tradition. :) I make what I enjoy eating with my family. I am very familiar with the heavy, not so appetizing broccoli soup that many mainstream restaurants serve. :) Thank you for your input. :)
