(No Sugar Added! No Wheat! Gluten Free!)
3 eggs
2 bananas
1 cup honey
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 cups black beans
1 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup good quality cocoa
1 cup melted chocolate
1 teaspoon high quality espresso powder (instant)
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons orange zest

Preheat oven to 400 F

Blend all the ingredients in a blender (except raspberries) until smooth. Pour batter in to a mixing bowl, gently folding in the raspberries. Fill a lined 12 cup muffin pan to 3/4 full. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.

Your brownies look phenomenal! A friend just shared the link with me as an early Valentine's Day present ... I feel very loved indeed! I already shared them on my gfe Facebook page. Can't wait to give these a try. I love that the only sweetness comes from fruit and chocolate---VERY nice! It's great to be introduced to your blog, Mia. :-)

All the best,
Shirley

Mia, made these this morning. Made the whole house smell yummy! I didn't have enough honey, so I used half brown rice syrup and half agave syrup instead. Also, I only had ground flaxseed, so I used half cup ground flax and half cup chia seeds. Turned out amazing!! Thanks for such a great recipe, dear!!! :)
